How to Submit Forms

• In Person: Submit at any SASSA office during operating hours (8AM-4PM weekdays)
• By Mail: Send to your regional SASSA office (certified mail recommended)
• Online Submission: Currently only available for SRD grant updates via srd.sassa.gov.za

Before You Submit

• Complete all sections of the form - incomplete forms will be returned
• Sign and date the form
• Attach all required supporting documents
• Make copies for your records before submitting
• Get a receipt or reference number when submitting
